By accessing or using the Attronaut website, platform, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download or access materials (information or software) from the Attronaut website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall Attronaut, Cybernetic Hawk Ltd, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials on the Attronaut platform may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials or Services at any time without notice but do not commit to updating them.

6. Third-Party Links

Attronaut integrates with and may link to third-party platforms such as Meta Ads and Shopify. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Services.
